The Hunting Chateau

The Hunting Chateau is situated about 2 km east of the Lednice on the yellow trail connecting Lednice and Podivín, about 500 m from the John's Castle. It was built between 1805 and 1806 by the architect Joseph Hardmuth.

This Classicist building was used mostly as gamekeeper's lodge. There is the loggia decorated with Tuscan columns in the first floor. Currently, the chateau is not open to the public, unfortunately.
